RETURN POLICY

BEAUTOLOGY LAB will gladly accept returns on unopened/unused orders placed within 30 days. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.beautologylab.com. If you purchased a BEAUTOLOGY LAB item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are ineligible for returns.

REQUEST A RETURN

If you need to return an unopened/unused item(s), send us an email at customercare@beautologylab.com so we can assist you. Once we've accepted your return, we'll send you a free return shipping label to place on your package (it’s best to use the shipping mailer the item(s) were mailed to you in).

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@beautologylab.com for further instructions.

SHIPPING

If a return request has been accepted, we'll send you a free return shipping label to place on your package and drop in the mail.
