We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

You are opted in to our marketing list when you sign up for our services. This enables us to provide you with information that may benefit you. We keep you informed of specials and other action items you can take to further protect your trademark rights, and provide information to our trusted legal services providers for access to legal services surrounding your trademark, should the need arise.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We may use your email address to send you notices regarding matters, including the Site (including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail). If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.
