ORDERING:

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay. Please note we are unable to accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.

HOW MUCH IS THE SALES TAX?

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders based upon the state where your order is being shipped. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Not at this time, but you can sign up for our newsletter for the latest updates. In the meantime, our amazing friends at Amazon ship internationally.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING OR SOMETHING IS WRONG?

Please send an email to customercare@beautologylab.com with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To check the status of your order, simply log into your beautologylab.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to customercare@beautologylab.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders submitted on beautologylab.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at customercare@beautologylab.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

BEAUTOLOGY LAB will gladly accept returns on unopened/unused orders placed within 30 days. Please see our Return Policy page for more information. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.beautologylab.com. If you purchased a BEAUTOLOGY LAB item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

SHIPPING:

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship everywhere in the continental U.S. including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. You may experience slightly longer delivery times when shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Additionally, we cannot accept orders that are billed and shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! Standard shipping is on us for all orders over $100 (that’s pre-tax and shipping costs).

WHAT KIND OF SHIPPING DO YOUR OFFER?

We offer standard shipping as well as expedited shipping options which you can choose from at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Standard shipping through USPS will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times). BEAUTOLOGY LAB does not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarding companies, or export agents. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. These options are listed at check out. All orders, placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. We can only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL?

BEAUTOLOGY LAB has developed ‘cleaner standards’, meaning we source and formulate using only safe, organic, wildcrafted, and natural ingredients from the earth and our lab. We formulate free from 2,700+ toxic ingredients including fillers, chemicals, fragrance, colors, preservatives, and petrochemicals and focus on un-questionable ingredients known to be safe for our health and our environment.

ARE YOU VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE?

Yes! BEAUTOLOGY LAB is proudly vegan and cruelty-free. We believe in treating animals and their natural habitats with love and respect and therefore ensure our products, wherever possible, are free from any animal derived ingredients and are never tested on animals.

ARE YOU PARABEN AND SULFATE-FREE?

Yes! We formulate free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, fillers, synthetic fragrance and dyes, and petrochemicals totaling over 2,700+ toxins and questionable ingredients. Learn more about our clean philosophy and check out our blacklist on our Lab Page.

DO ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN SOY OR SOY DERIVATIVES?

No. We don’t formulate using soy or soy derivatives.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?

Yes! All of our products are gluten-free.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING?

Yes! You should always consult your doctor first, but our products are safe for use while pregnant and breastfeeding.

SUSTAINABILITY:

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ETHICALLY MADE?

Yes! Our core values include being ethical and sustainable throughout our entire process. We practice sustainable farming sourcing organic, wildcrafted, and natural ingredients that are non-GMO and biodegradable. We adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP’s) requiring product safety, safe and fair labor, and environmental stewardship. We also practice zero-waste manufacturing processes including low water usage, composting, and use solar-powered energy saving 15+ tons of CO2 emissions yearly.

Our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated based on our ‘cleaner standards’ non-toxic health and environmental ingredient standards.

IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO-FRIENDLY?

Yes! We're committed to conscious packaging in order to help reduce waste and over-stressing our landfills. Our practices include minimal packaging and the use of recyclable and post-recyclable materials. To help ensure as much of our packaging as possible stays out of landfills, follow your local recycling instructions on how to recycle each item.

Since we take sustainability seriously, we also use zero-waste shipping materials for all of our orders. Our mailers are made from 100% recycled (90% post-consumer recycled) material and are printed with recycle-friendly ink, making them naturally biodegradable and compostable.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY EMPTIES?

Check with your local recycling program to find out what type of recyclables they pick up and process in order to make sure your empties are recycled properly.

HOW ELSE DO YOU HELP THE ENVIRONMENT?

We believe in leaving the earth better than we found it so we’ve proudly partnered with Trees for the Future and committed to planting one tree for every product purchased to help regenerate agriculture and improve the livelihoods of farmers across Africa.
